The trip to the western Irish coast was taken as part of a tour group, unlike the northern one. Whether it was because of off-season timing or that tours in Ireland are just really cheap, I'm not sure, but tickets were only 25 euros for a day tour of West Ireland. It almost made me regret all the DIY trips from before. One of the destinations was the Cliffs of Moher, an iconic viewpoint in Ireland. Unfortunately, it was hazy that day, and the classic southward gaze along the coastline was shrouded in a thick blur. Nevertheless, once you found the correct angle and location for a northward look, it was just as stunning.
